国際仲裁や国際調停の盛り上がりを受け2022年から始まったカリフォルニア州法曹協会主催の California International Arbitration Week（CIAW、カリフォルニア州国際仲裁ウィーク）が、今年も3月11日～14日に開催されます。

CIAWには開催地のアメリカからはもとより、国境を越えて多くの方が参加し、毎回大変な話題になっております。
今回、所長の西原弁護士がそのプログラムのひとつ 「The Quest for Speedy Dispute Resolution in Japan and California through International Arbitration」にスピーカーとして登壇する予定です。

CIAWはカリフォルニア時間の朝から夕方に開催されるため、日本時間では深夜から早朝の時間帯となりますが、ご登録頂ければ、本セミナーの内容は、後日カリフォルニア州法曹協会のホームページで30日間ほどご視聴頂けるようです。
